Takeshis Challenge is a classic in bad video games. This is the only game ever where you quit your job, divorce your wife, gamble away all your money, sing karaoke badly and beat up an old man who gives you a map that you have to wait five minutes to open in real time. This game is one of the first open world games, and lets you beat up anyone. I recommend this game highly!
