Okay, first thing to get out of the way: the reproduction is perfect, there is not a single bad thing i have to say about the job these guys did with it. The game itself is another matter. It's really good, i will get that out of the way, this is in no way to say this is not one of my favorite mario world hacks. But it's really hard to recommend. The game is absolutely brutal and unrelenting. you will be on each level for potentially hours and the progress might be slow. The game demands high levels of execution and paying attention to everything going on in the game. The only moment of rest is on the world map. when you enter a level, you will never from that point get a break. It will punish you for every little mistake and kill you for thinking you're safe and making a reckless jump. Despite all of this, if you like a game that feels REALLY good when you pull off something or make progress and every step forward feels rewarding and with every failure you make brings you closer to a victory that makes you feel legitimately accomplished... I then highly recommend the game. The game really rewards your success and dying isn't exactly that punishing, levels aren't stupidly long, so remaking progress isn't a chore. You'll die a lot, but you get better with each step. It's a game about being presented with a challenge and learning that challenge and persevering.
